Nice stay, food needs work
Had a pleasant night in a lovely room with a great bathroom and hot water. The coffee and tea setup was a nice touch. the dining experience was a letdown—came back for dinner, and the food was cold. Breakfast took forever, and my eggs weren’t cooked right. Wouldn’t expect that after paying £210.

Charming village setting, Custom cocktails and mocktails, Quality of linens and amenities
Noise from the bar and street was unbearable!!! A lack of adequate power outlets made charging devices a hassle!!! Inconsistent water temperature in the shower was quite disappointing!!! Maybe consider improving the cleaning standards too!!!

My recent stay at The Crown was comfortable, with a spacious Deluxe Double Room that had a well-equipped bathroom featuring a bath and separate shower. The cooked breakfast was good, with a variety of options, though the sausages could be improved. The lounge area was welcoming, offering a nice atmosphere to relax after a day of work.
There was a strong cleaning product smell in the room, and outside noise was bothersome on weekend nights.

The fresh bread rolls were top-notch, unmatched in flavor! Plus, the service from the staff was on point, making our stay delightful. The Town Square room had incredible vibes!
Sadly, the TV drama wasn’t the kind of thrill I was after. that dinner buzz went flat when I struggled with a stubborn key at The Clocktower, it really needs sorting!

I stayed in the Deluxe Double Room for one night. The room was spacious, with a well-equipped bathroom that had a bath and a separate shower, which was nice. The bed was comfy, but there was a strong smell of cleaning products that was a bit overwhelming. Outside noise from the pub was also bothersome on the weekend. decent but could use some tweaks.

Comfortable Bed, but Room for Improvement
Our one-night stay included a surprisingly large bed and a bathtub in the bathroom, but noise from the pub next door and unclean floors diminished the experience. For peace, request rooms away from the road. The breakfast was tasty but took longer than expected to arrive.
